A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I've always been interested in taking care of my body and challenge myself to improve my lifestyle.
I find physical activity fundamental to be focused and stimulated in my daily life to balance my energies and be aware of everything I am doing.
It's a self-taught journey that culminated when I discovered Yoga in 2016. This experience helped me to connect spiritually to my physical body and gave me the focus and the strength to face obstacles in my daily life.
Since then, the Practice has always been present in my life: from YouTube videos, classes, and individual flows to my first teacher training in September 2021.
After this experience, I realise I had grown a lot as a person, so I started feeling the need to share what I learned.
I spent last summer between Italy and Switzerland training every day, creating lessons, and giving private or group classes. From September 2022, during my last year of university, I continued giving classes in my free time and towards the end of the year I attended a second teacher training at Jivamukti Yoga Paris that deepened my practice and my teaching.
